Hi and you could include keychains with your logo on them and then informational packets about your product. A treat of some kind is also a good idea as when people come in they will want something to remember you by ie: a water or a juice. I'm part of a fund-raising committee hosting an event this weekend. We are in an area abundant with tourist and the event is being hosted at a local summer hot spot.

Who are the "celebrities" in your area? Get them involved.

If you know of one coming up in your community, call the charity and ask who is in charge of the event planning and say you would like to help out. Another good way is get a job in a nice corporate hotel and get to know the event planners that do events at your hotel. Be extra helpful to them and maybe through networking you will find yourself as an event planner. Start on a list of all event planners in your area and when your ready, make phone calls to each of them and ask if they would take you under their wing to help you realize your dream. I will be attending my husband's ride event for the first time. I do not know what to expect so would like advice on what I will need to bring to do, wear, etc. Do I bring a chair and sit somewhere or do I walk along the event course? What is a fair price for designing an event flyer using original artwork?
I'm a classically trained artist who is not terribly accustomed to commercial work %26amp; thereby has no idea what to charge my client for the flyer I produced for her upcoming event. The project took a total of 3 weeks, with minor revisions/additional work %26amp; I provided multiple choices before they settled on a final product.
