What is a current event (2012) that is violating an amendment of the Bill Of Rights?

I am working on a history project.

The directions are:

Create a multimedia presentation using Powerpoint or video that discusses an amendment of the Bill Of Rights using current events or a personal example.

Can someone please help me think of a current event other than SOPA. Many kids are doing this, I want my project to be different. Thank you! What is a current event (2012) that is violating an amendment of the Bill Of Rights?
I was thinking of the Occupy protests and how shutting them down could be a violation of the freedom of speech. There is a big discussion on whether or not protesters that are becoming violent (e.g. in Oakland, CA) should be banned from their freedom of speech (1st amendment).

Another one would be a violation of the 4th amendment. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_Amen鈥?/a>

There are several cases in which people's privacy was violated without a warrant, e.g. in the case of GPS tracking of cars :
