What were the turning points leading to World War II?

Explain two events in Europe that provoked a direct response in the United States to those events. What were the turning points leading to World War II?
1. Germany sank the USS Reuben James on October 31, 1941 with 115 US sailors killed.

2. Germany and Italy declared war on the USA on December 11, 1941.
Germany Invading poland in 1939 and the burning of the Reichstag in 1938 that gave Hitler the chance to Rally Germany and take control.

listen to this song, it's very accurate and the dates are correct. What were the turning points leading to World War II?
Europe was only half the war. In fact Japan's war in China, Southeast Asia and the Pacific lasted longer and killed more people.

Their action is probably a much easier link to U.S. action, for obvious reasons (Pearl Harbor) but some very subtle ones, too. Hence why the trial in Nuremberg took a little over a year, but the Tokyo Trials lasted almost four full years. There was far more ground to cover in understanding the Japanese motivation for war.
sounds like a question from textbook, should be fairly easy to find.

Ima give u some ideas tho:

Nazi attack on British got US mad, also US shipments to Europe were getting a lot of attacks, so FDR was gettin pretty pissed offWhat were the turning points leading to World War II?
Nothing really provoked a direct response in Europe that I can think of except for the fact it was actually Germany that declared war on the US.
Here's an idea....perhaps you should do your OWN HOMEWORK.
