You know how a lot of really old events, like the birth of Jesus are estimate because they didn't meticulously watch the calendar back then like we do now. i'm not sure but the oldest could be the recorded cultivation of rice in Yangtze Valley in China in 7000 BCE. i don't have any links but i found this in my history book.What is the oldest event that we know the exact date of?
